COVID-19 Message - School Meals

Hello MGSD families,

Here is the promised information for picking up breakfast and lunch at South Elementary for Tuesday through Friday of this week (3/17/2020 - 3/20/2020). The person picking up the meals can do so anytime between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm.

If you are picking up your meals at South Elementary, you will need to take a right turn off of S Magnolia Street into the lower parking lot. People will be available to hand you your meals through the window of your vehicle. You will exit by making a right turn out of the lot onto S Magnolia Street.

If you are picking up both Breakfast and Lunch, they need to be picked up at the same time. Your breakfast meal contains juice and milk, so please place it in your refrigerator immediately if you do not plan to eat it until the next morning. Lunches will be a combination of hot and cold items, so enjoy them fresh as soon as you return home.

We are excited to announce that you will have a choice to pick up your meals at South Elementary OR Park View Elementary beginning Wednesday (3/18/2020) and continuing through Friday (3/20/2020). We will send out pick-up procedures for Park View Elementary sometime tomorrow should you choose to pick up your meals there starting on Wednesday.

Please remember that these meals are available for all of our students and are free of charge as we work together to get through this difficult time.
