Facility Rentals
MGSD Rental Fee Schedule:
- *A $500, refundable deposit will be required to rent the MHS Auditorium or MHS Gymnasium. Non-refundable if within 14 days of the reservation.
- ** A $50.00 Cleaning fee will be added per room (excluding the MPAC)
- + Up to two additional custodians may be required
- All rental reservations and payments will be completed through the District’s Facilitron website: Link to Facilitron's website NOTE: Processing fee applies.
- All rentals require 50% due at booking with the remaining balance due 14 days before.
- Cancellations must be requested in writing via Comment on Facilitron no later than 14 days prior to the event start date. Cancellation requests submitted within 14 days of the event start date are subject to 50% of the total rental fee OR $500, whichever is less.
- For events that do not finish by the allocated reservation end time, a penalty that is equal to double the hourly rate for the use of the facilities and staff involved will apply for the first hour and triple for additional hours.
- MGSD does not rent to individual persons
